What KASBON is

KASBON is a unique system developed under the supervision of U. Q. Tolipov, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and professor at Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. It is built on the fundamental research of John L. Holland, Mark Savickas, Linda Gottfredson, Edgar Schein and other leading scholars, and consists of 7 tests whose results reveal the many sides of a student's personality and show their interests and needs in depth.

Artificial intelligence analyses the test results. Its conclusion helps the student see in which career direction they can do their best.

The KASBON platform recommends universities at home and abroad, and advises on the first steps towards the chosen profession.

How you earn

Three ways to work with KASBON

1. Consultant partner

Share your link and get a share of every payment.

Every approved KASBON Consultant partner gets a personal link. Anyone who signs up through it stays with that Consultant for good. The Consultant gets a share of each of their payments, later purchases included, as the table below shows.

Paying clients you bring in a month. The share is a % of the amount KASBON receives.

Example: in one month a Consultant brings 24 students to the Full Career Roadmap plan. Their share is 30%, so at the end of the month the Consultant is paid 3 592 800 UZS.

2. Private Coach partner

Run sessions on your own programme: the Private Coach sets the price.

A partner with Private Coach status on the platform can buy the One-to-One Consultation for 400 000 UZS and offer it to their own client at their own price. The student takes all the tests on the site; the Private Coach runs sessions with them and approves the final recommendations.

Private Coach status needs a separate application. Once approved, you first take this consultation yourself, free of charge.

Example: a Private Coach buys the One-to-One Consultation at the base price (400 000 UZS) and runs a coaching programme for 1 200 000 UZS. That leaves a net profit of 800 000 UZS on each client.

3. Grow the KASBON Community

Bring in a partner and get 5% from their clients.

If someone who signed up through your link becomes a partner themselves, you get 5% of every payment their clients make. This lasts 3 months from the day they're approved, for up to 500 of their clients. Their own income doesn't go down.

How you get paid

Your earnings build up in the wallet you see in your account. You can withdraw once a month, at least 100 000 UZS at a time. You enter your passport details and bank card once, sign the act the system prepares, and the money is sent to your card.

Learning centres and other companies work by invoice.

How to start

If you are 16 or older, sign in to kasbon.uz with Google or Telegram and fill in the application: your name, phone, age, experience and audience.
Our team reviews the application and contacts you if needed.
Once you're approved, your personal link starts working. In your account you see how many people opened it, signed up and bought through it.

Questions

Do I have to pay to become a partner?

No. Working with your link is free. You pay only if you run consultations as a Private Coach.

I'm not a salesperson. Is this for me?

Yes. You give students a free test. Whether to buy a plan is the family's own decision.

How long does a client stay with me?

For good. If someone who signed up through your link buys a plan a year later, the share still goes to you.

Can a learning centre become a partner?

Yes. Choose "company" in the application.

Do I pay tax on what I earn?

Individual partners who have accepted KASBON's public offer pay no income tax on it: KASBON pays it for them. Company partners pay taxes according to their own tax status.
